78^th TexasLegislature Recognizes Baylor 

By now you are probably aware that the 78^th Texas Legislature recently enacted SCR 5 which recognized Baylor University and commended its leadership for its vision of educational excellence as embodied in Baylor 2012.  What you may not have heard are the actual words of encouragement and praise that the Senators used to describe Baylor, its goals for the future and its role in providing a Christian education for its students.
